MasCare Operating Standards (MOS) review
- We conduct annual MOS audits to all day/childcare centres that have partnered with MasCare.
- This to ensure that the Care Centres complies with all childcare applicable laws and regulations and other relevant laws and regulations and industry standards, and also operating standards that MasCare consider essential for Care Centres to comply to.
- Care Centres are issued with a MOS compliance certificate that is valid for a specific period of time.
- Care Centres that have valid MOS would be displayed on MasCare website or App where MasCare customers.
